- Entry fee is per entry payable by money order, cash, or check only. No credit cards accepted. Make checks payable to The BrewMasters of Alpharetta.
- Each entry must consist of two (2) unlabelled 12 oz glass bottles with bottle forms attached to each bottle using a rubber band. Please do not tape the form to the bottle.
- Download and fill out the entry form (Microsoft Excel required) on this website.
- Bottles must not have raised letters or any kind of identifying markings. All non-standard bottles including plastic and swing-top bottles will be disqualified. Bottles with glued-on or taped-on labels will be disqualified. Non-payment will obviously be disqualified. Printed caps are acceptable but any printing must be blacked out.
- Entry fees for disqualified entries will not be returned -- please follow the instructions carefully.
